Earrings are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty, please make your selection carefully. If you wish to return a necklace it must be returned in unworn condition, in its original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted. Once the returned product has arrived back to us, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days.

If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process or has a manufacturing fault, please email us a description and photograph of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn we will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
