AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE:

However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Christmas cut off dates:
Send Parcel Post by Friday the 11th of December.
Send Express Post by Friday the 18th of December.

New Years Eve cut off dates:
Send Parcel Post by Thursday the 17th of December.

STANDARD SHIPPING (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for $7.95 on orders under $60.00 and will take between 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. All Australian orders over $60.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $9.95 on orders under $80.00 and will take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. All Australian orders over $80.00 receive upgraded postage to express for FREE! 

NEW ZEALAND

STANDARD SHIPPING (6+ BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for AUD $11.95 (converted to NZD at checkout) on orders under $100.00 and will take 6+ business days to arrive. New Zealand orders over $100.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for AUD $14.95 (converted to NZD at checkout) on orders under the value of $150.00 and will take 2-4 business days to arrive. New Zealand orders over $150.00 will receive express shipping for FREE.

UNITED STATES & CANADA

STANDARD SHIPPING (6+ BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for AUD $14.95 (converted to USD at checkout) on orders under $125.00 and will take 6+ business days to arrive. United States orders over $125.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for AUD $27.95 (converted to USD at checkout) on orders under the value of $175.00 and will take 2-4 business days to arrive. United States orders over $175.00 will receive express shipping for FREE.

PRE-ORDERS
Please note when ordering a “pre-order” item as well as other in stock items your order will be posted all together once the pre-ordered item is back in stock. If you would like your items to be posted separately then you will need to make seperate orders.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. Earrings are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty, please make your selection carefully.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted. Once the returned product has arrived back to us, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days.

If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process or has a manufacturing fault, please email us a description and photograph of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn we will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement product. 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes but is not limited too surface scratches, tarnished metal caused by contact with chemicals such as perfumes/skin care and the loss of stones/pearls. Unless the product was received with the fault and we were notified within the 14 day post delivery timeline, the product will not be accepted for a return/refund.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item please use our contact form to get in touch. Earrings are non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty, please make your selection carefully. Once we receive your item please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery. 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges that are sent back to us, however we will send out the replacement item free of charge.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For orders delivered within Australia, we will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products (excluding earrings) purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return item as per below:

1. Use our contact form to get in touch and we will send you our return/exchange form to print and include in your return parcel

2. Send back your items in their original packaging - exactly as you received them to the following address:

For orders delivered outside of Australia where the product may be faulty or you wish to make an exchange, please contact us via our contact form where you will be advised of the return process. 

Please always keep a tracking number for reference when sending back your products to us. Return parcels lost in the mailing process are the responsibility of the customer.
