AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE:

"We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. Most of our Post Offices are still open, while our posties and drivers are working to get your parcels to you.

However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. Thank you for your support and patience"

AUSTRALIA WIDE

STANDARD SHIPPING (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for $7.95 on orders under $60.00 and will take between 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. All Australian orders over $60.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $9.95 on orders under $80.00 and will take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. All Australian orders over $80.00 receive upgraded postage to express for FREE! 

NEW ZEALAND

STANDARD SHIPPING (6+ BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for $11.95 on orders under $100.00 and will take 6+ business days to arrive. New Zealand orders over $100.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $14.95 on orders under the value of $150.00 and will take 2-4 business days to arrive. New Zealand orders over $150.00 will receive express shipping for FREE.

UNITED STATES & CANADA

STANDARD SHIPPING (6+ BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for $17.95 on orders under $150.00 and will take 6+ business days to arrive. United States orders over $150.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $27.95 on orders under the value of $200.00 and will take 2-4 business days to arrive. United States orders over $200.00 will receive express shipping for FREE.

PRE-ORDERS
Please note when ordering a “pre-order” item as well as other in stock items your order will be posted all together once the pre-ordered item is back in stock. If you would like your items to be posted separately then you will need to make seperate orders.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?
If you have not received your order after the 7 business day threshold for standard registered delivery please contact us via email or our contact form online and we will contact Australia Post on behalf of you. We generally allow one week (five business days) after the estimated arrival date for postage enquiries as we understand that sometimes there can be delays. 

** ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 11am (SA TIME) WILL BE POSTED ON THE SAME DAY  ** Please note shipping & handling times may be delayed during sale periods.

RETURNS
If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process or has a manufacturing fault, please email us a description and photograph of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn we will happily offer you a full refund, an exchange for a different product, or a replacement product sent to you through express post. Should a replacement product be sent, a return paid satchel will be included for you to send back the faulty item - this can be placed in any Red Australia Post box or taken to your nearest post office.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes but is not limited too surface scratches, tarnished metal caused by contact with chemicals such as perfumes/skin care and the loss of stones/pearls. Unless the product was received with the fault and we were notified within the 14 day post delivery timeline, the product will not be accepted for a return/refund.

EXCHANGES
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds because you have changed your mind, make your selection carefully. Earrings
 especially are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty - with strictly no exceptions.
