SHIPPING & RETURNS

STANDARD UNREGISTERED SHIPPING (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard unregistered shipping is available for free on all orders under $75 Australia wide. Orders take between 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Tracking is not included in our standard unregistered shipping option meaning that if there are delays to the shipment we are unable to pin point exactly where your items are. Please read our "haven't received your order?" section for more information on if your parcel has not arrived on time. If registered post is preferred, there is a "Standard Registered Shipping" option with tracking included which is explained below.

STANDARD REGISTERED SHIPPING (2-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard registered shipping is available on all orders under $75 Australia wide for the price of $6.95. Just like our free unregistered post, orders take between 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. However, with registered shipping you will receive a tracking number within your shipment confirmation email where you can track your items along the shipment process.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
Express shipping with tracking is available for $9.95 on orders under $75 and will take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location. All Australian orders over $75 receive upgraded postage to express for FREE! 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?
If you have not received your order after the 7 business day threshold please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution. We allow one week (five business days) after the estimated arrival date for postage enquiries as we understand that sometimes there can be delays. Items that customers have chosen to purchase with free unregistered shipping are not covered for loss after this one week timeframe. However, if you reach out to us straight away as a courtesy we will post you a replacement item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (6+ BUSINESS DAYS)
International orders have a varied flat rate cost depending on the location, which includes tracking.  Depending on your location the delivery time will differ, however you will receive an estimated timeframe within your order confirmation email.

RETURNS
If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process or is faulty, please email us evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item/s and we will work together to find the solution that best fits you. We will happily offer you a full refund, an exchange for a different product, or a replacement product sent to you through express post.

EXCHANGES
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds because you have changed your mind. Make your selection carefully. 
Pierced earrings especially are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
