Returns/Exchanges

Earrings are non-refundable/exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty, please make your selection carefully.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item other than earrings, your itemΒ must be returned in unworn condition, inΒ its original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted. Once the returned productΒ has arrived back to us, we will inspectΒ it and processΒ your refund withinΒ 2 business days. Please note for change of mind returns, the shipping cost is not included in the refund, only the cost of the product.

If you happen to receive any product that has been damaged through the shipment process or has a manufacturing fault,Β pleaseΒ use ourΒ contact formΒ to get in touch or email us at info@jtluxe.com.au a description and photographΒ of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn weΒ will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement product.Β 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes but is not limited too surface scratches, tarnished metal caused by contact with chemicals such asΒ perfumes/skin care and the loss of stones/pearls. Unless the product was received with the faultΒ and we were notified within the 14 day post delivery timeline, the product will not be accepted for a return/refund.

EXCHANGES

If youΒ wish to exchangeΒ a purchase other than earrings for another item pleaseΒ use ourΒ contact formΒ to get in touch or use email info@jtluxe.com.au! Once we receive yourΒ productΒ please allow up to 2Β business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery.Β 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges that are sent back to us, however we will sendΒ out the replacement item free of charge.
