Earrings are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty, please make your selection carefully.
If you wish to return a necklace it must be returned in unworn condition, in its original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted. Once the returned product has arrived back to us, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days.
If you happen to receive any product that has been damaged through the shipment process or has a manufacturing fault, please email us a description and photograph of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn we will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes but is not limited too surface scratches, tarnished metal caused by contact with chemicals such as perfumes/skin care and the loss of stones/pearls. Unless the product was received with the fault and we were notified within the 14 day post delivery timeline, the product will not be accepted for a return/refund.

If you wish to exchange a necklace purchase for another item please use our contact form to get in touch. Once we receive your product please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges that are sent back to us, however we will send out the replacement item free of charge.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For orders delivered within Australia, we will accept returns/exchanges for change of mind on our necklace range purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return item as per below:
1. Use our contact form to get in touch and we will send you our return/exchange form to print and include in your return parcel
2. Send back your items in their original packaging - exactly as you received them to the following address:

For orders delivered outside of Australia where the product may be faulty or you wish to make an exchange, please contact us via our contact form where you will be advised of the return process.
Please always keep a tracking number for reference when sending back your products to us. Return parcels lost in the mailing process are the responsibility of the customer.
