When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to get all orders out as quickly as possible, however please expect a 3-4 business day delay due to the volume of orders we are receiving (and are so grateful for) at this time. Your patience is appreciated.

What happens if I order a pre-order item along with other in-stock items?

All orders containing a pre-order piece will be shipped out once everything is in stock. If you are needing any pieces sooner, please place two seperate orders.

Can I apply my first purchase discount code?

As our Archive Sale is one of our biggest sale events of the year, the discounts set cannot have any further discounts applied. You are welcome to save your code for another purchase in the future.

Can I edit/change my order once it's placed?

Due to the volume of orders throughout this time period we are unable to process any amendments to current orders. In a business as usual week we are more than happy to accomodate whenever we can.
